By using Soloist Ear Training you agree to these terms.
The service
Soloist Ear Training is a music practice app for ear-training drills, adaptive review, mastery tracking, and melodic dictation. Features may evolve over time.
Soloist Ear Pro
- Soloist Ear Pro is sold as Soloist Ear Pro Lifetime, a one-time in-app purchase. The purchase button and Apple confirmation sheet show your live local price. It is charged once to your Apple Account, never renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Lifetime unlocks every Pro feature that runs on your device in Soloist Ear Training, including on-device Pro drills and melody lessons we add to the app later. Any future feature with an ongoing per-use cost, such as a server-run service, is not included and would be offered separately.
- Restore Purchases brings Lifetime back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple's standard refund process applies.
- Earlier releases sold Soloist Ear Pro as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. If you have one, it keeps Pro active and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
Your content
Your practice remains yours. Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Soloist Ear Training is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
