Soloist Ear Training is designed so practice audio stays on your device.

Audio

Question tones are generated on your iPhone. Optional sung or dictation checks are processed on-device. No microphone audio, recording, or transcription is uploaded to our servers.

What may reach our servers

App Store purchases - subscriptions are purchased and verified on-device by Apple StoreKit. The current iOS release does not send microphone audio, practice answers, or its local Mastery Map to our server.
Web requests - requesting a page, app-link handoff, or service check on soloist-ear-training.keenshift.ai sends ordinary request data such as IP address, device/browser type, requested URL, and time to our hosting providers for security and delivery logs.
Support - if you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

What we do not do

No advertising and no third-party analytics SDKs.
No selling or sharing personal data.
No server audio endpoints.

Data retention and deletion

Practice history in the current iOS release stays in local app storage and is removed when you delete the app. Security logs are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the web service. Email nora@playsoloist.com or visit playsoloist.com/support for privacy requests.

Children

Soloist Ear Training is not directed at children under 13.
